we continue to focus our complete manufacturing and
service resources on providing unique styling and high
performance floor covering to the hospitality marketplace.

Lexmark Carpet Mills has not altered in our commitment
to provide quality assured running line products
developed specifically for the hospitality industry.
However, our product development and marketing
strategies have expanded enabling us to service a broader
range of properties. For example, we have added new
state-of-the-art tufting technology in our manufacturing
facilities which gives us the capacity to offer unique
styles with elegant textures that meet today’s design
trends. Also, due to the overwhelming response of our
ColorTec public space floor covering, we have added
more manufacturing equipment to meet the increased
supply demands we are facing.


In addition to expanding our carpet manufacturing
capabilities, we have increased our yarn capacity by
adding more high-tech fiber extrusion and high speed
twisting and heat-setting lines in our fiber production
facility. By producing more solution dyed nylon used
exclusively for Lexmark products, we have reduced
order lead times to better meet requested deadlines.
Lexmark Carpet Mills, Inc. the leader in hospitality carpet
is proud to announce it’s new environmentally
friendly Solution Dyed Nylon program which now contains
15% post industrial recycled content. The new yarn
system will be called Lextron Enviro Green Solution
Dyed Nylon. Lextron Enviro Green Nylon is a type 6
nylon that is durable, cost effective, and will help conserve
our natural resources. Lexmark is committed to the
